The repair person called to say he was on his way and arrived promptly after the phone call. On his arrival, I explained the problem and also told him that another company had attempted to fix the gas logs but said the unit needed to be replaced. It is emtombed in brick. He thoroughly examined the gas logs and determined it was $41 part that needed to be replaced. His honest evaluation and repair was awesome! I cannot thank him enough. It is worth having a second opinion if the first recommendation involves thousands of dollars.

The owner arrived on time and was very professional. He was very knowledgeable: explained the service and provided reassurance of the safety and condition of my fireplace. I was impressed with his work ethic and how he kept the surrounding area clean while he worked. The price was reasonable and competitive for this type of service.
