They did an excellent job, kept the house clean as they worked.

It was painless. They arrived in a team of three, were professional started the job worked quickly and well as a team. Finished quickly, gave me a report on the condition of the Chimney. Highly recommend them.

The work is of high quality and they are strongly recommended. However, it took an unusually long time to get them to respond to our phone calls and to schedule an appointment that they would keep.

It was rather challenging to schedule the work. However, once it was scheduled, they arrived on time and the part of the job that they actually completed was of the highest quality. There were some spots that they missed. This was outdoor work and somewhat pricey. Overall good.

Workers arrived on time, completed work in an orderly fashion, and left the area clean.

When I called for an appointment I was given one the next day, along with an estimate. The two workmen came on time, and worked steadily for more than an hour. They were polite, hard-working, and professional. They inspected the fireplace thoroughly, carefully cleaned the chimney, and then inspected it from the roof. They carefully covered the floor with a dropcloth before working, and vacuumed both inside the fireplace and the hearth before finishing, and left everything absolutely dust free. I could not recommend this service more highly!

The service went well. We had a little trouble after the visit with smoke pouring from the fireplace. But that has resolved now.

They showed up right on time, checked it thoroughly, pointed out a minor concern or two and left me with an estimate.

Very well worked quickly & knew what to do.

Stove: came out and then said "its too heavy. We'll call you back." Two weeks later we call and they put us on the schedule provisionally; "we'll call you back." We call day before to confirm and they say "we're not sure; we'll call you back." No call now one month later. Bottom line: sometimes great, sometimes poor communication.

Met all my expectations.

They agreed to help us budget the project by splitting it into two parts. The first part was the external repair, which they have completed. Very professional job. Looks great. We will call them to come back in a few weeks to finish the work on the interior of the chimney.

They were great. They have my recommendation. I kept calling them because they were changing their phone system. I almost gave up on them, but that is fixed now. They were prompt, efficient and had good quality. They sent 3 workers. They were friendly.

Good job. The new bricks match well with the old. The firebox looks great. The crew a was very nice and cleaned up everything before leaving the site.

It was ok. They asked for payment twice before I even saw their work.

I had a bad experience with them years ago. They waterproofed my chimney and as a result of the poor quality work they did, I had to have the chimney rebuilt because of freezing, and thawing, and cracking on the brick and the mortar up there. So, I wouldn't recommend them for anything. The people who came out were alright. They either didn't know what they were doing or used inferior products. So, it wasn't like they were hard to get along with or anything like that. It was just that I didn't get what I paid for as far as the effectiveness of their work.

They did a great job. We are in a house with a non-traditional venting that the guy who built the home put it in himself. They managed to get it all super clean and assembled in placed where it was kind of coming apart. So, they did an awesome job. They did not charge us more than the $529 Big Deal. My husband put in a little extra just for all the work that was involved. It could have been unanticipated by the guy. It seemed to be efficiently done. He did go the extra mile because of our odd situation with ducting. He was very clean. He cleaned up nicely. The price felt like a fair price considering the time involved. I do not recall how much time it took, but at the time, it seemed like the poor guy was here a lot longer than perhaps he planned on. He is personable so people like that talk conversationally and not everybody appreciates it, but it did not bother us at all.

They called and actually came before their specified time, did a great job, answered all of my questions and we're very nice and professional. Having some repairs made soon as well and forsee no trouble with that visit either
