I have over 25 years experience in the fireplace field. I am NFI (National Fireplace Institute) certified and have been factory trained by many of the major fireplace companies. I am insured and carry licenses for the State of Tennessee, the City of Knoxville, and Blount County. I am also a member of the HPBA (Hearth, Patio and Barbecue Association).

Excellent once again! Very professional and friendly. Keep everything spotless around their work area so no cleanup for us, and did an amazing job on the fireplace. Looked brand new inside again. It was fast and clean and works great now.

Technician was very professional. He readjusted the pilot light, replaced a faulty switch, rewired the safety switches, and cleaned the unit. The gas logs now work great!

From scheduling the service call to completing the job, all aspects of dealing with Flame Pro were performed with professionalism and technical excellence. I usually fix things around the house myself, but I don't want to gamble when it comes to working with natural gas and possible carbon monoxide issues. Jeff did good work and tested for gas leaks and carbon monoxide

See above. They covered areas that were used to place and clean the logs and fixtures. They carefully reassembled the fireplace and it looked wonderful when they were finished. There was a potential problem with the chimney that they informed us about and provided us with pictures of same. We were very impressed with the quality of service provided!

A pressure problem was noted on one set of logs, after troubleshooting the issue, it was determined to be in my gas line and not anything with the logs themselves. Provider gave me recommendations on how to get the issue resolved. Provider was on time, dressed professionally, and were very knowledgeable.

Flame Pro was not able to make the first appointment on the 20th due icy roads. I received a phone call indicating such and was assured the tech would be there the next day. The tech took time to answer my questions and point out how the fireplace worked.

This was my second experience with Darius and he simply is a great guy. My fireplace is very important to me, not just for ambiance, but for health reasons. I just can't allow myself to chill or tolerate a no heat power outage.
Darius cleans the unit, checks the function of all the parts to ascertain reliability and longevity, and then spruces up the whole system with a good vacuuming and dusting. Everything worked beautifully last winter and I anticipate the same this season.
As before, I am impressed with Flame Pro's credentials and earnestness in providing good service. Safety first!
