He was very good in helping us to decide on specific materials and was good to suggest ways to save money in the final design. We did make minor changes to the design after we had finalized our agreement and he was very willing to accommodate with only a minor adjustment to the overall price. He started the project when he said he would and finished very quickly. He then came back in the agreed upon time to paint the deck once it had settled. The work, both construction and painting, is excellent . We are extremely happy with our new deck."

An old deck landing and stairs were removed and a new deck and stairs were built. Also, the old load bearing posts and railing on the front poach was removed and replaced.
