Great! I purchased this home in June of 2018, from MN, and had a different contractor hired to do all of the above, as of the day I closed, July 9. I was planning on moving in mid August. July 3 I found out the contractor I thought I had hired would not be able to do the job. I called Chris the morning of July 4. He met with my realtor at the house and took the job. Of course he was not able to start right away, but he had all the work completed by and I was able to move by mid September. I literally do not know what I would have done without him - I had called three other local contractors, and even tried Buildzoom and no one returned my calls. He was professional, communicative and the work that he did on my home is beautiful. I only made two trips down to the house while the work was being done and we managed to coordinate the rest via phone, efficiently. What a godsend. I am hiring Chris again in January to do a few more things I have noticed since moving in, and will continue to use him in the future. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

All completed to satisfaction and exceeded expectations. Very knowledgeable of construction techniques and cares about finished product; exhibits experience, and explains issues with options for repairs when needed. Punctual and flexible, and kept me informed of process and progress, with advice on future maintenance. Reasonable prices for work performed and time involved. Would definitely continue to call him for future needs and projects.

We wanted to replace our existing deck and build a new one with an expanded footprint. Chris was very helpful in suggesting what kind of deck we could build in our space. He was very good in helping us to decide on specific materials and was good to suggest ways to save money in the final design. We did make minor changes to the design after we had finalized our agreement and he was very willing to accommodate with only a minor adjustment to the overall price. He started the project when he said he would and finished very quickly. He then came back in the agreed upon time to paint the deck once it had settled. The work, both construction and painting, is excellent . We are extremely happy with our new deck.

Very smoothly. There were the inveitable small glitches that were responded to immediately. The tile installer, electrical installer, plumbing installer were all top notch.

We have built four houses over our 55 year marriage, two of which I prime contracted myself. Chris Edwards Construction is as good as they come. I can give him my unequivocal reccomendation.

They are excellent. He is very good. He listens to your concerns. He tries to problem solve around what you want and what’s possible. He is very cooperative. He met our total expectations. I didn’t shop around because I know the quality of his work. In 2012, he did a bathroom remodel for us.
