"We wanted to replace our existing deck and build a new one with an expanded footprint. Chris was very helpful in suggesting what kind of deck we could build in our space. He was very good in helping us to decide on specific materials and was good to suggest ways to save money in the final design. We did make minor changes to the design after we had finalized our agreement and he was very willing to accommodate with only a minor adjustment to the overall price. He started the project when he said he would and finished very quickly. He then came back in the agreed upon time to paint the deck once it had settled. The work, both construction and painting, is excellent . We are extremely happy with our new deck."

Friday, I panicked due to a water leak in my kitchen wall. I called him. He answered and showed up within 20 minutes. I know he is booked out thru February, but he took care of emergency water damage and resolved my leaks. All of them. In the crawl space and multiple failed pvc. I know he rescheduled remodel jobs to prevent a catastrophic failure in my house. Replace valve for fridge, replace failed hot water tank. And that's the level of commitment to be honored and appreciated. I'm blessed to have found him."

"Mel Madaris and the workers were very professional and friendly. Mel was patient and answered all my questions. They started work on the agreed date and finished in a timely manner. An old deck landing and stairs were removed and a new deck and stairs were built. Also, the old load bearing posts and railing on the front poach was removed and replaced. I am very pleased with the work done and will use them again for other projects. I highly recommend them."
