WE where very please and more . they acted like it was there home and the yard almost looks like the where never there , water presser is great , had a hiccup in bathroom and the fixed it . they guy where very nice and considerate.

David Wells of Scenic City Plumbing replaced my water heater this afternoon. The work was done professionally and efficiently. My interactions with David were all very pleasant. I am retired so I watched him work and he didn't seem to mind. He explained what he was doing and answered a few questions that I had concerning new plumbing codes that have been implemented since the house was built. I am very pleased with the installation and will not hesitate to call Scenic City Plumbing with future plumbing needs. I wish Angi list never referred me. This is the second time Angi list sent me someone to just take my money. Something that told me was gonna take 2hrs tops took 4 hrs. Charge me $700 to replace trim kits on 2 showers. When I called back even the woman in the office was mind blown. The manger called me and was the rudest non compassionate guy I have ever talked too. They just care about the money.

They responded quickly and fixed the problem. Very competent and friendly crew.

Great response time to a broken water line outside. Professonal and efficient in their work. Dug up the area with an excavator and made the repair within a couple of hours. When the job was finished you couldn't even tell they had been there. I highly recommend Scenic City Plumbing. Really nice people...

I’ve been using Scenic City Plumbing since they first went in to business, way over 20+ years, both for home, business locations and for rental locations. Jeff Logan, his wife, and their whole crew are excellent people intent on doing a good job right the first time. They are prompt, courteous, reasonable on their services and if Scenic City repaired your plumbing problem then you can rest assured it was done correctly and nothing was added that wasn’t necessary. I can’t recommend them more highly.

I had a water heater with a bad leak. Called Scenic City Plumbing at 8am, they had an estimator out before 10am, then the plumbers were here before noon, with a new water heater, and completed the installation by early afternoon. They were very professional and did a great job on with the installation. I could not asked for better service. I highly recommend Scenic City Plumbing.

Problem with water not stopping after tank filling up in 2 toilets. Both were repaired and he even did extra testing to make sure there were no leaks anywhere else.

I've been using Scenic City Plumbing 15+ years, I've always been very satisfied with their work and professionalism. 2022's project were to clear some slow shower and sink drains and to install a new downstairs commode (and dispose of the old one). The team was finished in an hour, and the results are great! Thank you!

Chase and Josh recognized that the company (not them personally) had been there before for the same issue and proactively figured out the cause of my issue was growing weeds underground. They did eventually come up with a potential game plan to do that.

Scenic City Plumbing was able to get to me within 2 days and performed the work on time and did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

We called on 3/21/2022 and the company sent their technician Greg right on that day which is rare at present time. It represents that the company do care their customers' need and their serviceman followed all CDC guidelines. It went well and the kitchen sink is draining properly. Normally we send the review a few days after to make sure that the service was done properly. Today as of 3/27/2022 we didn't find any issues or have any concerns about the service. I will highly recommend Scenic City to my friends and will call them again in needs.

Daniel from Scenic City , came out with his plumber and assessed the situation. Fixed the broken pipe under the house and made sure I wouldn’t have a problem over the weekend. Brought a crew first thing Monday morning and fixed the baffle leading into the septic tank ! Very punctual, professional, and I’m confident the problem is resolved ! Would call them for any of my plumbing needs ! Great to work with!
