I had a water heater with a bad leak. Called Scenic City Plumbing at 8am, they had an estimator out before 10am, then the plumbers were here before noon, with a new water heater, and completed the installation by early afternoon. They were very professional and did a great job on with the installation. I could not asked for better service. I highly recommend Scenic City Plumbing.

Replaced leaky water heater with a new one. The job required removal and replacement of gas pipe and pvc drainage pipe in addition to installing a thermal expansion tank and water heater inlet and outlet pipes.

Chase and Josh recognized that the company (not them personally) had been there before for the same issue and proactively figured out the cause of my issue was growing weeds underground. They did eventually come up with a potential game plan to do that.

We called on 3/21/2022 and the company sent their technician Greg right on that day which is rare at present time. It represents that the company do care their customers' need and their serviceman followed all CDC guidelines. It went well and the kitchen sink is draining properly. Normally we send the review a few days after to make sure that the service was done properly. Today as of 3/27/2022 we didn't find any issues or have any concerns about the service. I will highly recommend Scenic City to my friends and will call them again in needs.

Daniel from Scenic City , came out with his plumber and assessed the situation. Fixed the broken pipe under the house and made sure I wouldn’t have a problem over the weekend. Brought a crew first thing Monday morning and fixed the baffle leading into the septic tank ! Very punctual, professional, and I’m confident the problem is resolved ! Would call them for any of my plumbing needs ! Great to work with!

They were able to get a service call set up ery quickly. Chris showed up exactly on time. We described the situation - toilet flush created loid knocking sound. He explained what he would look for. After testing the pressure in serval taps, he asked for access in our space under the house. While there, he did a quick inspection of the water heater and pipe hangers. He determined the cause was the water pressure valve. As he had the part, it was installed. Problem solved.

Fantastic service. Called them at 8am to see if they had anyone available to come by and preform the required service and was told they were booked up with appointments today. They called me back 45 minutes later and said a technician just finished a job and could head my way. Would recommend them for anyone with plumbing issues.

This is the third time we have used Scenic City Plumbing and they have consistently been punctual, professional and taken care of our plumbing issues. This company is delightful from the lady who answers the phone and does the scheduling to the technicians who come to do the work. David was sent to us this time and he has done previous work for us.
