Replaced trap and added a vent to Kitchen sink drain replaced and added a vent. Replaced 2 faucets in bathroom. Replaced drain and cleared drain for slow drain shower. He visited to evaluate promptly when I called. Showed up when he said he would. Stayed within the budget we agreed to. I would recommend Jim.

Jim showed up a few minutes before the scheduled arrival time. We had discussed the work on the phone, so he spent a few minutes looking at the situation before starting work. He knew exactly what needed to be done and had the equipment to complete the work. He was very thorough, and wanted to make sure that he had the problem resolved. I had other estimates much more extensive work at a higher price, but he seems to have corrected the problem for a very reasonable price.

Jim was very professional, he looked over the whole job and made recommendations after he tried to fix the original issue and the next day had the same problem. Our issue was more do to initial build being substandard nd he fixed the issue with a reasonable cost. No further issues with our system. I will hire him again without question.
