Replaced trap and added a vent to Kitchen sink drain replaced and added a vent. Replaced 2 faucets in bathroom. Replaced drain and cleared drain for slow drain shower. He visited to evaluate promptly when I called. Showed up when he said he would. Stayed within the budget we agreed to. I would recommend Jim.

Jim arrived on time and ready to work. He worked hard without taking breaks. Worked on cleaning out the main sewer drain to septic system. Identified potential line collapse.

Jim showed up a few minutes before the scheduled arrival time. We had discussed the work on the phone, so he spent a few minutes looking at the situation before starting work. He knew exactly what needed to be done and had the equipment to complete the work. He was very thorough, and wanted to make sure that he had the problem resolved. I had other estimates much more extensive work at a higher price, but he seems to have corrected the problem for a very reasonable price.

Jim was a bit more expensive, but he was able to come same day, not next Monday! That saved me putting my renters up in a hotel for 3 days!

Jim was very professional, he looked over the whole job and made recommendations after he tried to fix the original issue and the next day had the same problem. Our issue was more do to initial build being substandard nd he fixed the issue with a reasonable cost. No further issues with our system. I will hire him again without question.

I needed my laundry room drain unclogged. I posted the job on Saturday night for work to be done on Tuesday morning. Jim called Sunday morning, said he was available that day. Came out relatively quick and the job was done within the hour. I highly recommend Jim. I'm certainly going to give him a call the next time I need work done.

Mr Jim was professional, has been in the business for decades, did a great job, was very reasonable and he even checked on something else that we were having an issue with and made sure everything was up to code and was working properly.
