"Steve remodeled my master bath a while back and it is beautiful. I even noticed the screws in the fixtures were all perfectly horizontal. Meticulous work! Friday, I panicked due to a water leak in my kitchen wall. I called him. He answered and showed up within 20 minutes. I know he is booked out thru February, but he took care of emergency water damage and resolved my leaks. All of them. In the crawl space and multiple failed pvc. I know he rescheduled remodel jobs to prevent a catastrophic failure in my house. Replace valve for fridge, replace failed hot water tank. And that's the level of commitment to be honored and appreciated. I'm blessed to have found him."

They were on time and Mel and Micheal were always available to answer any questions I had. The whole remodel took a few weeks longer than expected but that was due to deliveries being postponed. A few subcontractors were a little messy or didn't clean up but Micheal was there to correct all the issues usually before I said anything or even noticed.
