"The bathroom floor isn't level. He tried 3 times with "self leveling cement" and couldn't get it right. For a remodel pro with 30 years experience, that's ridiculous. The rest of the project had it's problems but turned out Ok. I'll have somebody else come in and fix the floor. Steve is very personable, answers your questions, and explains what he's doing, but in the end, the result speaks for itself. The bathroom has a big bump in the middle of the floor."
