The plumber was very professional and did not hesitate in offering tips on repairs that were small DY items.  He was very honest, helpful, and understanding of my being a female that had already been "ripped-off" (taken advantage of financially). He also understood my limited funds situation and the need to do some work DYI.  This was a huge help considering the amount of work that needed to be done to the house by myself with NO help.
