"They wanted to do both services in one day. The wood should be completely dry before painting. I had the same service completed last year and there was at least two days scheduled between the cleaning and painting. When I questioned why they were cutting corners this year the owner suggested I seek service elsewhere. I did just that!!!!!!"

"I hired Cleaning Agents after our full time cleaner got sick. Cleaning Agents came in with only a couple of days notice and deep cleaned our large office. The time and attention to detail were fantastic. We have been very pleased with their communication and service level!"

"Outstanding! They provided a free inspection (crawled under entire home and took pictures) and advised me to buy a dehumidifier. Owner told me that was all that was needed and gave me a link to purchase a good one. They could have told me a had a big problem and charged me a lot of $, but instead, they gave me an honest assessment and provided me with the info to take care of the issue that I did have. Would highly recommend."

"The person that did my work did a really good job. He did some repair to my deck Make some recommendation to keep my deck in good repair for fair amount of time. The person that came gave me a time limit that the job would be complete and it was done. Clean up great."

"The owner Victor was so awesome. When he came out to our house to inspect for mold, he showed us sources of mold in and under our home we never imagined existed. He sat down with us and calmly explained everything and answered all our questions. He DID NOT just throw an estimate at us and leave. The cost of remediation was very reasonable and on target for what our budget could afford. When we decided to go with Breathe Easy, Victor had his crew come to the house the next day do all the remediation. They were so incredibly nice and professional and did an excellent job. When they were finished, Ryan showed me the completed work and my crawl space went from a dark, smelly, scary area to a bright, super clean area, with every area covered. Included in the price is a de-humidifier unit that runs under the house and keeps the humidity low so mold cannot grow back. I am so so happy with the work Breathe Easy and would recommend them 100%."

Although there are no set rules for tipping house cleaners, you may want to consider tipping from 15% to 20% of the cost of house cleaning, or up to 25% if you’ve been very happy with the level of service and quality of work. If you’re not sure, it can help to discuss the cleaner’s policy or preference for tipping.
