"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. "Absolute Best Appliance so called repaired this washer dryer combo through a warranty company at a rental house of mine in Clarksville TN. The washer only had 2 pairs of jeans in it and still has the same issues since the repair. It walks across the room no matter if it’s a full load or a towel. This was all explained to them. Talked to the original tech named Eric the day I scheduled the second repair visit and he immediately started to dismiss my claim saying it was the floor in the house. I sent him a video after the initial repair and then he began to tell me it was an unbalanced load. Told him it was only 2 pairs of jeans and he began to tell me that was the reason it was unbalanced. I told him I didn’t think that was the case and he refused to serve me. Said I was being hostile lol. Called for a manager or owner there and Eric text me back to tell me to get with the warranty company that he was the manager and I needed to get someone else for the repair. In the process of that now. I’ll update the problem once I find a competent repair company."
