Our phone consultation be it one call or more is charged at a rate of $50.00 and if we come to your home or business to do an estimate we charge $75.00 either of which is credited to your project if we enter an agreement or within 60 days we contract a project of $2250.00 we double the face-value of the fee as credit to your project. It is our mission to provide excellent workmanship and complete customer satisfaction from start to completion of a project. In order to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to work and communicate with every customer in a professional manner. Our reputation is based on service, safety, and quality, regardless of how large or small the job. In todays busy lifestyle and every day expenses we value both your time and ours and therefore we do not give free estimates. With over 35 years of professional remodeling, major structural repair, home building, handyman and general home maintenance and repair experience, we are here to meet and exceed all your decking, fencing install and repairs, general maintenance, home repair, painting, pressure washing desires and needs to make you home the house of your dreams. We also do lawn maintenance, house cleaning and much more. Ask about our senior and veteran discounts. Our basic cost for most all services except house keeping and lawn mowing is $300.00 that includes the first hour of labor, plus materials then there is an hourly rate per man per hour thereafter. However most projects we do give a written estimate that is valid for 96 hours...

Clint and his team were getting ready to start a minor renovation project when we had to pivot due to our house "getting flooded" due to backed up inlets in the street. I called our insurance, and their recommended contractor did not even call me back, but Clint and his team immediately swung into action and helped with the remediation and correcting the issue (cleanup, flood cuts, structure dry out, replacement of damaged walls, floors, millwork, etc.). I met with my Landscaper to review some extensive exterior work (storm erosion cleanup, correct leaning retaining wall, replace eroded stone areas and damaged rip rapped channel) and he could not get to it, but Clint and his team were able to get a crew out there immediately to correct these issues also. I would highly recommend Clint and his team at Mid Tenn Trades. Their attention to detail is superb.

The owner of the company came to my house, analyzed the problem (correctly) and gave me a fair bid for the repair work to be done. The crew from Mid-Tenn Trades arrived on time, were knowledgeable of exactly what needed to be done and immediately began the demolition phase of the project. There was significantly more damage discovered once the work began. Again, the owner of the company met me at the property, explained in detail the problems and quoted me a fair price for the additional work that was needed. All work was completed in two days and the site looked better after they left than when they arrived. Clint and his crew did exactly what they said they would, the cost was exactly as proposed and the outcome was great. I would highly recommend Mid-Tenn Trades for any job that they say they can do. Clint Burgess, (owner), is knowledgeable, straight forward, dependable and trustworthy.

Loved working with Clint and his associates. He was available when needed and was able to install our new washer and dryer in our laundry room. Laundry room remodel was not needed as it is in great shape, just needed a new W/D to fit in our existing space.

Clint is very knowledgeable of his chosen career. Great sense of humor yet when it is time for business, business it is. He is quite punctual himself and if there is issue with an appointments or scheduling of his employees he is responsive and informative letting you know something has comeup not waiting til the last minute or later to tell you. His suggestions are pretty much spot on and his design taste are fantastic. He hears what you tell him and if he disagrees he makes other suggestions but ultimately you do get what you want even though he may not agree with your choices (he is usually correct). While he isn't the cheapest quote I got and was close to the most expensive (I had 7 quotes) I am glad I chose him. We did remodel, (kitchen, bathroom, livingroom) repairs, additions, bedroom, 3 bathrooms, dining room, decks, porches, patios, bushes, walkways, interior and exterior lighting, roofing, siding, windows, doors, flooring, appliances, in house storage and organization, a storage shed as well as turned our 2000 sq ft basement into a in-laws living quarters complete with fireplaces, kitchen, baths and bedrooms. We love our new home!!! Thanks to Clint and Mid Tenn Trades!!!!!

So far so good. They are mostly complete with an extensive remodel of our home. On the jobs that are complete, I am satisfied with their work. Repair and replace our roof, as well as the fascia and gutters. Due to storm damage and rot. The roof looks good as well as the rest. Complete and happy with the job Replaced a rotted bay window with french doors. Complete and happy with the job. Replaced/repaired damaged sub floors and joists. Leveling the floors as well. Complete and happy with the job. Extensive drywall repair throughout the house. Complete and happy with the job. Washing the home and handicapped ramp. Complete and happy with the job. Remodel the master bedroom, adding an angled closet while expanding the bathroom and making it handicap accessible. Currently completing. Paint most of the house interior. Currently completing. Repairing the front porch. Currently completing. Building a deck. Currently completing. Window replacement. Currently completing. New lvt floors installed. Currently completing. Many of the jobs that they are currently working on are in the final phases. I expect them to be completely finished early this coming week if not sooner,

Clint is a great salesman and very friendly but i would not recommend him and his team for any type or repair. We had a long list of projects - about 25 of varying size. Clint initially quoted 65 hours. After 2 weeks, 2 of the projects were done plus several other projects we did not request. I was presented with a bill for 24 hours of work. Also at this time, i was alerted that the front door was damaged beyond repair while replacing the locks (it is going to cost me several thousand dollars to replace our front entrance). Clint also alerted me that he had spilled a can of paint in our garage and driveway - something be told me his team would clean up but there is now a permanent stain in or garage. We had also sourced 8 closet doors through Clint which he left out in the rain and ruined. I questioned Clint on the initial invoice since only 2 small projects had been completed. I was told of all the other projects that had been completed that were not in our list. I showed clint the list of projects he had put together that did not include these additional projects, and he told me my wife had told him to do them (they spoke 1 time, very briefly, this was untrue) Ultimately, we decided it was best to settle up for the work done and go our separate ways. In the end, i was charged for 68 hours and had only a handful of projects completed. I told clint i wanted to have someone assess the damage his team had done to my front door before settling the bill, but he threatened to put a lean against our new house if i did not pay him by the following business day. I paid more to clint to have a small portion of our projects completed than I was initially quoted, i have a permanently damaged front door and garage, and i was threatened legal action when i tried to validate the damages. I have had painters, locksmiths and another handyman all come do work in the few weeks since i fired Clint and every one of them has shown me something new that Clint’s team did wrong and will need to be re-done. My second handyman completed more of the tasks on our list and fixed a few of the items clint’s team messed up and charged me 10% what clint charged me.
