 + -1 moreRepairs weren't done on time. Had to buy and install new toilet seats.
Description of Work: The provider and owners of the property are the worst. When the owners found out I was a single black female living in a large house, fast train allowed them on the property at least 7 tines. Inder the pretense of inspection. I've been renting since 09 and will never rent from them again. The management has changed hands so many time I see why. Horrible service

 + -1 moreHORRIBLE FROM THE VERY BEGINNING. This is a completely unprofessional and unresponsive company. It would takes weeks of calling and messages to finally get an answer on simple maintenance issues or concerns. We rented from them for 19 months and every one of those months was agonizing. There is a supervisor or maintenance guy named "Shawn" that is a very elusive creature. He is much talked about but rarely seen or heard. He is the guy that everything goes through I guess but he is either never around or in fact, he is imaginary. Don't just take my review for it, look at the countless other ones on other sites. I would never recommend this company to anyone, friend or enemy.
Description of Work: Rental property management and I use the term "Management" so very loosely.
