Matt always comes the same day or the next when I call him. I have a problematic dishwasher that was not cleaning well. He explained that dishwashers can get clogged with too much soap and not clean well. the next time he came was a couple of weeks ago because the upper dish rack broke. Tomorrow he will be coming to fix my dishwasher because it is not draining. Matt is my go to person for appliances now!

Fridge needed a new board which wouldn’t be worth fixing by the time he installed the board and labor since the fridge was 13 years old. Paid him for a service call. I purchased a new fridge.

Did not repair due to excessive cost. Repairman was very honest & knowledgeable & did not try to persuade me to have the repair done as opposed to purchasing new one.

From noise and my own internet surfing, I thought that the filter mechanism needed a valve replacement. Matt checkef everything our thoroughly and determined that the filter I had purchased just really wasn’t the correct fit. He showed me 3 or 4 things to confirm it. The great thing was that he told me that if buying a different filter cartridge didn’t work that he would come back with the parts and not charge me another service charge. The more expensive cartridge did solve the problem! Will definitely use this company again for his knowledge, honesty, and integrity.

I called Arrow Appliance after a failed attempt by another service in Greenbrier to find a water leak problem in my LG refrigerator. That vendor still charged me a service call charge after doing nothing spending 20 minutes finding nothing and throwing up his hands. Matt Kerley with Arrow came out within two days and spent about 45 minutes looking and FINDING the source of the leak...a bad hose coupling and water valve. He ordered the parts from his supplier and came over the next day and installed them. His charges for the parts were fair and not exorbitant. He charges a $75 service call charge and $75 labor charge which I knew up front. He is a very personable and professional young man who certainly knows his business. I am extremely pleased with his service and would highly recommend him to perform your service needs. Good to know competent people are still out there.
