"Removed old water heater and installed new water heater and brought water heater up to code. They arrived on time and performed the work efficiently and neatly. The price for the direct vent water heater plus installation was about $250 less than another local quote. Overall I am very satisfied with the price and quality of the installation."

"Russ is experienced and has limited his services to a niche group, therefore he has the time to do the job right. He's not trying to be all things to all people. He installed a tankless water heater for us and removed the old ones. Couldn't be happier with the service and we will call him again."

"I originally hired him to fix the low pressure in the kitchen sink. He said it just needed a faucet. He said if we bought one, he would install it for a fee. He wasn't going to charge me for the visit. But, then I asked him if he would check an outside faucet that wasn't working. He found the problem and fixed it quickly. It was actually a part that another plumber installed a year ago. The part had failed."

"Arrive when expected. Replaced defective pressure relief value and a section of Shark-bite from last install. Tested for pressure and leaks - everything was good. "The men were thorough and efficient. The materials were high quality. The job was carried out fast, no corners were cut. My main complaint is that they had to install a dehumidifier or the encapsulation wouldn't work. It runs 24 hours a day which impacts our electric bill."

Almost looks like we didn't just install 400' of 4'' Storm Drainage to save the septic system from near total failure. Sometimes excessive storm water can wreak havoc on a septic system and cause the system to break down prematurely. The septic system was drowning, we suggested diverting the storm water to protect the septic tank & field lines. Problem Solved.
