(I previously had someone else come about a year or so ago and the work done was not done correctly and didn't hold up.) Dean responded to my post on home advisor and he and his assistant show up on time. From the time that I arranged for the job, he kept in touch and called the morning of the work to check in and let me know what time they would be there. He looked at my siding and assured me that they would fix it so that the siding would be secured for good. They worked quickly and thoroughly and were also knowledgeable. My repair work was rather minor and he told me up front what the charge would be. I would definitely hire VSA Siding and Roofing again."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.
