Excellent! Happy camper and my water is fantastic now for over a year!

i am renting out my house and we needed service on the filter system. I called 3 times for service and three times the appointments were canceled. First no one showed up. For the second it was due to no service technition worked for them. Third, the technition was ill. So, my tenants were having problems with water quality and rings around the toilet. As the owner i took care of my tenants and removed the filter system for safety. Eco Water now has a service tech but wants to charge me over 400 to reinstall it. I am looking for other means of service and DO NOT recomend this company. My property management company has also tried talking with them and they are rude, arrogant and unhelpful.

I knew nothing about water filtration systems before hiring Eco Water. I had serious issues with my water and got filtration system and bacteria light for whole home. It was only a one day instalI but could have been less if it was not for running lines from one side of house to the other for the system to be put in my garage. The system works great!! I would recommend Eco Water for your home.

Steve was an excellent salesman, very polite and knowledgeable. They custom build systems based on what you need and don’t try to push for things you don’t need. Installation took a few hrs, but system has been performing perfectly for the entire home.

Met with the Ecowater representative. He tested our water for different issues then based on his information recommended several different options from an under sink system in the kitchen to various whole house systems. He gave us the pros and cons of each system and we made a decision to install a whole house system. System is now installed and working.
