Did a good job checking their work before leaving as well, which I’m greatful for as the outside temp was around 32F so plumbing adhesives might have had difficulty curing at that temp."

I called the next Monday and was told oh, you need a new water heater. Johnny Gavilan from Preferred Home Services checked a couple things and found our expansion tank was bad. He did warn us there still could be a problem with the water heater but at least he checked first. If we need the water heater replaced, our expansion tank will be new!"
