"Mr. Mark had me sign a contract for services and updated it when we added to the job but continued to try and meet the deadline he set up. We did not, but it was due to awaiting for materials to be shipped in. UH has no control over that. Colt and Steve stayed busy with job until materials arrived. Due to house being old, there were some issue that Colt ran into, but was great at working them out. Mr. Mark was always readily available and made several onsite visits to check progress of job and to see if me and my wife were happy with the progress.
