"communication with the staff was pretty lousy. But once work began everything seemed good. My only issue was we were told that an inspector would come out and check work for and remove the building permit of the door, and they would send pictures of the work they did that never happened. We are still having the same problems. Plus the vapor barrier was destroyed and wanted us to pay to replace it. we thought it was new pretty much. Bottom line we never saw the inspector."

"Donny did a great job fixing my shop. The entire sill plate of the building had been eaten by termites. Donny had to lift the walls in portions and replace the sill and then poured a new concrete foundation over the dirt floor that was in place. The work was done quickly, he always kept the place clean, was respectful and very helpful explaining things and helping us understand what was going on. It was a great experience. I hired Donny again for another foundation repair when a wall on out converted carport was leaking at the base. Donny responded quickly, gave a good quote and got to work. Shaun Dixon, Alex Hernandez, Milton Martin and Dre Nesbitt were the team assigned to replacing the entire foundation of the wedding venue restroom I hired Mount Valley for (from the interior floor to the dirt on the ground beneath...literally). 100% rotten through by years of undetected moisture from inadequate airflow and dehumidification. Shaun (the forman) was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process of rebuilding. He didn't just explain in words, he took time to visually point out the areas this construction would be addressing and what I should expect. Shaun was clear and concise in describing what was being done and answering all of my questions (which was many). The entire process, including the work ethic of this 4-man team, was conducted in a very professional manner. A grusome task, while keeping a friendly, personable demeanor throughout.
