"Francisco did an excellent job. I got about 4 different bids for the job before I decided to go with him. He was the only one who knew exactly what was wrong when he got there, before entering into the crawlspace. The other name brand foundational services are going to price gouge you with the highest margin products they can push onto you. Francisco will give you an affordable solution that is done with great quality. He is EXTREMELY responsive to phone calls which is hard to find. He went out to give me a quote the same day I called him, the other foundational repair companies will need weeks in advance just to schedule a time to quote you. He replaced all my joists, beams, some sill plates, and subfloor for an entire house in a weeks time. He will give you an estimate based on reasonable prices derived from amount of material and labor needed, and an itemized proposal to show you. The other guys will give you a super blanketed quote severely padded. If I run into any kind of flooring or foundational problem I will definitely use him again. Excellent work, Francisco is a rare find for contractors do not hesitate to do business with him."

"Three Cee’s did and excellent job removing all of our mulch and installing landscaping rock! It looks awesome! He built a small retaining wall along our chain length fence to keep the rocks in. It looks so neat now! We love it! They also replaced the steps on our deck and many weathered decking boards! They worked very fast and left no mess behind! Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!"

"I hired Foothills Construction to remodel my bathroom after getting quotes from many other companies. They offered the best price and I figured why not I’ll give them a shot and turns out it was the best choice I could have made. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new bathroom, even going so far as to work right up to, and right after Christmas to get the whole project done in only four days. The room is pretty small but that seems like a super great timeline to me since a lot of other people said it would take them weeks. This is my ONLY bathroom so this was important. I had everything replaced, tub, floors, vanity and shower surround and they made it all work at a great price AND super fast. They were also always respectful while in my home and made sure to clean up after themselves even though I told them not to worry about it. Never late once either and I’ve had a lot of service people working on my house over the years and they’re almost always late or sometimes don’t show, so this was really appreciated. I can’t count the number of trips they made to get extra supplies to make adjustments and never charged me extra. I had a pretty complex shower surround (that I picked out myself, they did not) and the end result is really beautiful. I’m very pleased with my bathroom, I’d recommend them to anyone and hope to hire them again to work on other projects."

Shaun Dixon, Alex Hernandez, Milton Martin and Dre Nesbitt were the team assigned to replacing the entire foundation of the wedding venue restroom I hired Mount Valley for (from the interior floor to the dirt on the ground beneath...literally). 100% rotten through by years of undetected moisture from inadequate airflow and dehumidification. Shaun (the forman) was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process of rebuilding. He didn't just explain in words, he took time to visually point out the areas this construction would be addressing and what I should expect. Shaun was clear and concise in describing what was being done and answering all of my questions (which was many). The entire process, including the work ethic of this 4-man team, was conducted in a very professional manner. A grusome task, while keeping a friendly, personable demeanor throughout. Hoping I never have to have such foundation work ever done again, but will certainly call Mount Valley again, if I do!"
