He will give you an estimate based on reasonable prices derived from amount of material and labor needed, and an itemized proposal to show you. The other guys will give you a super blanketed quote severely padded. If I run into any kind of flooring or foundational problem I will definitely use him again. "Three Cee’s did and excellent job removing all of our mulch and installing landscaping rock! It looks awesome! He built a small retaining wall along our chain length fence to keep the rocks in. It looks so neat now! We love it! They also replaced the steps on our deck and many weathered decking boards! They worked very fast and left no mess behind! "Willy's Tile. He did tiles and i asked if he could replace toilets, which was cheaper that hiring a plumber and they came and did the work. The only problem was that they ended up breaking a pipe and said they probably should have held some part when they undid it. Water covered the entire hallway downstairs, but they finally got it cleaned up but was pretty disappointing that it happened. Willy is professional and i would consider hiring him for tiles. The upstairs toilet they replaced is still leaking and it's probably not there fault. I hired a plumber who said the problem was with the toilet itself. They got it done in four hours and it created a big mess with the water."
