Adam was not the cheapest bid we received but after meeting with him and discussing design ideas and the way he would complete the job, my wife and I knew we were getting what we were paying for. Adam after deciding to go with him met us at his brick supplier to walk my wife and I through various option for the patio and two walls. We were impressed with his knowledge and ideas for our space. We originally were going to stay with a similar paver we had but after this visit we went with an entirely different design, and boy are we glad. Even when we got into the project his team did some regrading that was necessary from a recently completed covered deck add-on, no questions asked!We even ended up adding a long walkway from our driveway back to the patio mid-project and Adam couldn’t have been more accommodating and again his eye for the design and look was slot on, it finishes it off! His crew is about as meticulous as I have ever seen. They made sure everything was sloped properly from house and was level in building both our sitting wall and our high wall. I was mailed a packet of material that explained various problems and remedies regarding foundation issues. David Smith, Inspector, met with me, assessed the issues, explained a patented product Dry-Pro uses called PolyLevel, and later that day emailed an estimate and a diagram of the project. I am delighted! This was the easiest, most efficient, most professionally conducted project, I have ever had completed on my home. They gave me a price on the spot, I did not feel comfortable with their estimation. JNC took their time measuring and got back with me in two days. Their price was higher than the other company. I felt more comfortable with J&C Hardscapes. Carlos and his company did an excellent job installing the retaining wall. Once the wall was completed, it was perfectly constructed.
