They provided several alternative solutions with the pros and cons of each. I decided on a new unit. The cost was competitive and affordable. I contacted them on a Friday and they did the installation on a Sunday. The unit is working fine and I now have air conditioning on the second level of my house. I would definitely highly recommend this company as the owner and the staff were professional, informative, and caring about my situation.
