My only issue was we were told that an inspector would come out and check work for and remove the building permit of the door, and they would send pictures of the work they did that never happened. We are still having the same problems. Plus the vapor barrier was destroyed and wanted us to pay to replace it. we thought it was new pretty much. Bottom line we never saw the inspector."

"Three Cee’s did and excellent job removing all of our mulch and installing landscaping rock! It looks awesome! He built a small retaining wall along our chain length fence to keep the rocks in. It looks so neat now! We love it! They also replaced the steps on our deck and many weathered decking boards! They worked very fast and left no mess behind! Shaun (the forman) was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process of rebuilding. He didn't just explain in words, he took time to visually point out the areas this construction would be addressing and what I should expect. Shaun was clear and concise in describing what was being done and answering all of my questions (which was many). The entire process, including the work ethic of this 4-man team, was conducted in a very professional manner. A grusome task, while keeping a friendly, personable demeanor throughout. His crewmembers Rusty, Otis, and Dizzy, all worked very hard and efficiently 2 remove the old and unnecessary insulation and Black netting that was causing moisture build up in my crawlspace. They removed all the debris, cleaned up the work area, and left my crawlspace looking beautiful , and moisture free! I would highly recommend '58 Foundation!
