When Jerry was here, he checked out the carpet, he explained what he could do, then he got busy. It's cleaning. I was very pleased that he took the time to give extra attention to some stains we were having reoccur to make sure that he got them out. They will move furniture if you would like, but, I prefer to have it out for them. I would not have any problems hiring them again, or keeping them around for a while.
