"I was moving from another state and wanted the popcorn ceilings removed . I contacted before my closing and while I was while I was in town for it had them come over for and estimate, I contracted them Monday 11/10. When I came back Saturday morning 11/15 the job was done. The ceiling turned out beautiful, the place was completely cleaned and neat, the even vacuumed cleaned the new carpeting. I am extremely pleased with Straight Edge and highly recommend them. Now just waiting for the movers com come."

"Pro: Meticulous, professional, timely, excellent work product. Would re-hire them without a second thought. Con: Can't think of any, except maybe that they aren't the cheapest? We tend to not hire the cheapest service providers anyway - usually get what you pay for. We recently moved to Charlotte; knew when we bought the house that the relatively recent addition needed some fresh attention to address the original painter's failure to prime, resulting in deteriorating paint as well as some wood rot on windowsills and trim. We saw Serpaco Painting busy at work on historic homes in Dilworth and decided that if they can be entrusted with that work, we should at least get a quote. The owner, Chris Gray, arrived to give an estimate and we knew right away he is the kind of person we prefer to give our business to. He took time to carefully evaluate the job and give us what we felt was a reasonable estimate - he described his business as not the cheapest but not the most expensive. When the crew arrived, his crew chief, Hugo, was also personable and professional. The crew remained roughly the same throughout the job and were pleasant and polite (never saw a cigarette around them, either). They consistently showed up when they said they would, explained what the day's priorities were and then followed through. Chris was onsite at least once a day to keep apprised of progress and to point out any additional priorities to Hugo and the crew, and also to touch base with us. He also provided well-reasoned advice about colors and contrasts when we asked. The job ended up requiring more woodworking than anticipated as there was some additional, hidden rotted wood. Hugo may be primary a painter but he is also an adept craftsman, rebuilding our front porch facade and column. They prepped more than any painting crew I have ever seen, sanding for about a week before starting any paint. The priming was thorough and the painting very well-done. When the job was deemed to be nearly complete, Chris came to walk around with us. He noticed the things we had noted, but also pointed out several other areas that were not to his liking; Hugo came back the next day to repaint one of our shutters that was a little streaky, and one entire side of the house that needed another coat to counter the effects of the sanding that was required (the extra coat improved it tremendously), but also to take off, sand, and refinish our front door. Although the front door was not part of the coat, it seemed that the bleach used in pressure washing the siding had dripped through the plastic-and-tape covering intended to protect the door. The refinished front door looks great, too. We are extremely happy with the finished product and suggested that Chris can keep his sign in the yard as long as he wants."

"I wished we had known about the Integrity sooner instead having waisted time with other companies. Our last AC guy was trying force us to agree getting another AC brand for an insane price. He thought he would convince us once it was during the hottest wave we have ever had.We just wanted to make sure we could get not only a better estimate but know what else the market had to offer us. Since we know Costco has a reputable name in the market, we felt we should take that path. Certainly Costco would have a trustworthy partnership with an AC company. We got 3 estimates before Integrity. None of them I felt confident in going ahead.Even with a lower estimate. As soon as they called me to schedule the visit, I told my husband we probably had found the right direction.Ortiz came and took care to hear our needs and he did not try to sell us anything else other than we really needed. Everything he told us we were aware. He was very clear, profissional and easy to deal with. Actually the whole process with Integrity was absolutely easy to deal with. Everyone I had to speak, email or get in touch was responsible, clear and very kind. The installation crew was amazing. We had Dan, Abraham, Bryce and another guy I forgot his name.This one was super nice with my son talking about games. We are very impressed with the quality service Integrity has, and the way they deal with their customers. Keep doing this excellent job. Nail was so very attentive with me answering my questions all the time. We are more than happy to have chosen Integrity to take car of our HVAC from now. Definitely the name Integrity speaks itself. "They replaced all of my windows in 2008 but had to call them back out. they didn't include any drip cap or caulking over the windows. That allows rain to get inside and then wood rots. What kind of window company doesn't know this? Fast forward 11 years later when I'm preparing to sell my house. I request replacement parts for windows that aren't working properly. This should have all been included under warranty but all I hear is complaining about they shouldn't have to deal with it. I call the production manager monthly, for a year, to find out the status of my parts. He always promises to call me back but never does. Every time I ask him about the status, he tries to blame me saying I didn't do my part. I finally sell my house for less money because we didn't fix the window issues. Do not trust this company to install the windows correctly or honor the warranty!"

"We hired Guardian to install our security system at our Washington, DC, business. The service and quality of the work was horrible. We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."
