I wished we had known about the Integrity sooner instead having waisted time with other companies. Our last AC guy was trying force us to agree getting another AC brand for an insane price. He thought he would convince us once it was during the hottest wave we have ever had.We just wanted to make sure we could get not only a better estimate but know what else the market had to offer us. Since we know Costco has a reputable name in the market, we felt we should take that path. Certainly Costco would have a trustworthy partnership with an AC company. We got 3 estimates before Integrity. None of them I felt confident in going ahead.Even with a lower estimate. As soon as they called me to schedule the visit, I told my husband we probably had found the right direction.Ortiz came and took care to hear our needs and he did not try to sell us anything else other than we really needed. Everything he told us we were aware. He was very clear, profissional and easy to deal with. Actually the whole process with Integrity was absolutely easy to deal with. Everyone I had to speak, email or get in touch was responsible, clear and very kind. The installation crew was amazing. We had Dan, Abraham, Bryce and another guy I forgot his name.This one was super nice with my son talking about games. We are very impressed with the quality service Integrity has, and the way they deal with their customers. Keep doing this excellent job. Nail was so very attentive with me answering my questions all the time. We are more than happy to have chosen Integrity to take car of our HVAC from now. Definitely the name Integrity speaks itself. Thank you for working with us since the beginning process to the end with so much care. We feel so much comfortable now knowing we have a trustworthy and integrity company to take care of our system. The company I had previously hired to maintain our heating and air conditioning unit diagnosed a leak in the condenser coil of the air conditioner. The repair would have cost well over $3,000, and since I already had previous costly repairs I decided to look into replacing the complete unit instead. I received quotes from several companies, but I can honestly say I have never worked with more professional, knowledgeable, and simply pleasant to deal with people than the ones employed by Integrity Heating & Cooling. While their quote was not the cheapest the warranty and extras offered (free maintenance for a year) more than made up for the difference. The new unit was installed less than a week after I signed the contract, and it is so much quieter and seems to run much more efficient than the old unit. Dealing with everyone, from the salesperson (who presented the quote) to the installer, was a great experience, and you could really tell they knew their products inside and out. I hope I won't have to hire the company again for such a big job (they will do my maintenance from now on), but I would do so without hesitation should the need arise.

Work went very well - everything was done on time, clean-up was performed well, and we were given instructions on how to use when needed. Super professional job performed.

Integrity installed our hvac unit and has serviced it. They also came out and extended the water drain pipe at my request. I have been very pleased with everything they have done for me

The owner, Kent, came to my home to quote the cost to replace my 21 year old system. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer my questions in understandable terms. Karen was very friendly and able set up my install appointment around my busy schedule. I interviewed and compared five companies before ultimately choosing Integrity Heating & Cooling of Charlotte. The entire process was extremely smooth and professional. Drew and his crew arrived promptly at 8:00 am and laid drop cloths down from the front door, up the stairs, and to the attic door. Large pieces of metal equipment were removed and installed without a ding or scrape to my walls. The crew seemed to enjoy their work and no one complained about my constantly barking dog. By 2:00 pm the job was completed. After brief instructions on how to operate the new thermostat the crew left. The system was running and I couldn't tell they had ever been there. The county inspector said it looked like another great Integrity job and gave his stamp of approval.

We had just purchased the home in August 2018 and knew our system needed to be checked. I called Integrity Heating & Cooling to see if they could come out to make sure everything was running properly. Dawn in the office was very friendly and able to set us up with an appointment the following the day. She also suggested we do a maintenance plan so the units can be checked in the fall before the winter. We decided with the Bronze package since our system was only a year old. The following morning, we received notice from the office that the technician was on his way and Cameron arrived shortly after. He was professional, courteous of our home and checked the systems inside and out. He said everything was looking great. I was e-mailed an invoice the same day of service. I highly recommend Integrity for all you HVAC needs.

Tim was prompt efficient and thorough. He has kept our HVAC in top order since installation 5 years ago and yes he was part of the Installation team.

Integrity Heating and Air installed a new variable speed heat pump in July for me. The original quote and subsequent purchase/installation was a very pleasant and thorough experience. The system worked great until the first sub-freezing temperature Saturday night. I called them Sunday morning and had the technician call me within 10 minutes. Cameron walked me through several things to check and actually got my heat going until he could get on site to diagnose. He got here about 4:30 and did a thorough job of troubleshooting and determined that I needed a control board but he ensured that I had heat for the night. Monday morning, shortly after 8am, I received a call from Dawn and she subsequently ordered the part, called me back to tell me it would arrive by 11:30 and the tech would be on site early afternoon. The part was delivered at 9:30, I contacted Dawn and the tech was on site before noon. Brian was thorough and tested everything after replacing the part. They were all great!

Matt, the service technician, was prompt, friendly, and took time to explain his findings. He did a thorough inspection of the furnace/heating system.

Installer did not completely solder the connection from the compressor to the dryer filter, resulting in loss of refrigerant over the next several days. This caused the refrigerant temperature to drop 20 degrees, resulting in the coils freezing and blocking air flow. Originally diagnosed as a problem with the blower unit, which I had replaced. Blower was replaced again before one of their techs realized what the real problem was. Connection was re-soldered. System now works fine.

Tim did a great job and was able to answer all of the questions I had. He was able to provide new insight into caring for our AC unit.

The technician arrived on time and finished the work in a timely manner. He showed us what was wrong with the existing fan motor. He was courteous and professional.

Brian Eudy, the technician, did a thorough inspection inside and out and kept us informed as to his findings. He was courteous and neat.

We needed emergency repair after hours and called Integrity Heating and Cooling. One of their technicians, Brian Eudy, called us back within a half hour and came to repair the ac unit within an hour. He was prompt, courteous and neat. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. We have always been pleased with the service from Integrity Heating and Cooling.

The tech arrived on time, he was courteous, explained exactly what he needed to do, and keep me informed along the way. He let me know how my system was performing, whether I needed any work done, and suggested something I might want to do to safeguard my systems. He was honest about my needs, was clear the suggested purchase was discretionary and I could do it at any time, or not at all.

The technician was very knowledgeable. He explained each step as he went through the different checks. He also made recommendations to deal with moisture from the air conditioning drain pipe. Ricky was very courteous.

Integrity has been very attentive to any service call or need since that time. We would recommend them to others.

The guy was upfront and told me everything. It was a good experience. I would use them again.

The technician was prompt and professional. He was very neat in his work.

We purchased their silver (mid-level) annual service agreement that includes 2 visits, cleanings, etc. We needed several parts replaced, and a significant amount of refrigerant, because it had not been serviced in so long. The inspection was very thorough; the technician explained everything in detail, answered questions, suggested which tasks were most urgent and which others might wait for the next six-month visit. He also listed other items that they could provide, or that we could do on our own, to improve safety and reduce costs (e.g., get a fire extinguisher; insulate top of pull-down attic stairs). We had to schedule second visit 4 days later because they didn't carry our (older type ) refrigerant on the truck. That was easily accomplished. Both technicians were very knowledgeable, informative, pleasant, efficient, and prompt (and called ahead to confirm arrival time). Very pleased, no complaints at all (except that we had postponed service for so long, resulting in much greater expense -- our own fault). Happily continuing with Integrity's ongoing service agreement.

Nice office staff too.

They are kind of expensive but they do a good job. They come in twice a year for annual maintenance programs. They are incredible and I only use one guy there, his name is Ten and I only allow hm to work on my 5 units. I have been with them for 5 years. That is one of the reason I stay with them and pay their expensive  premium.
