AB drywall has been servicing Charlotte & the surrounding areas since 1993 and have worked in this trade since 1977. We specialize in all phases of drywall installation and repairs. We are prompt, professional, experienced, extremely neat and most of all, we do not sand ! That is right, NO DUST ! As the old timers said, " If you have to sand, you either put on to much or put it on all wrong ". It takes a few extra steps, but the finished product is flat, slick and paint ready. What we do not offer is working on the weekends or in the evenings. Evenings and weekends are for healing and for family time. Other than that AB drywall is ready to handle any of your needs.

I contacted AB drywall received a response. Immediately from the owner David / very pleasant he sent his worker which was Connor completed the job within 2 1/2 hours. Connor is extremely knowledgeable. The work was done very professional. I was extremely pleased. He met my expectations far and beyond what I thought it would be - would recommend Connor without hesitation to anyone for drywall and or painting.

David did an amazing job fixing the stress crack in my garage ceiling. The previous owners had put a little tape on it to "solve the problem," but it progressively got worse. I called David off a recommendation on NextDoor and he was definitely the right one to call. He asked me to send him some photos, gave me all the information I needed to know about the issue, and provided me with a free quote. David came promptly in the morning and was very respectful. He laid out plastic through the house as to not track anything around when doing the job. He was able to complete the job of putting in dry wall during a master bath renovation in under 1 day. The walls were slick without needing to sand anything after the mud was applied to the sheet rock. Would highly recommend!

Professional from start to finish! David got back to me quickly after contacting him. I texted him a picture of my damaged drywall (hole in ceiling from previous plumbing repair), he gave me his quote and emailed me a proposal of what he would to to repair the damage. He arrived when he said he would and completed the repair in a couple of hours. it looks great, and the price was exactly what he quoted, no surprise extras. NOTE: He left the work area clean! Most contractors do the minimum and leave the rest to you. I'll Definitely call him for any future work.

I reached out to David at the end of February for a quote on a garage drywall project. He responded quickly, seemed like a great guy, and emailed a quote within a few days. We told him we wanted to get the work completed in April and that we were flexible. I had to email him multiple times about scheduling the project with vague responses in return. By the end of May, I finally gave up trying and we have moved on. Horrible service once trying to schedule. We gave him multiple times to schedule us and instead he took other work.

I then reached out to you again telling you I left you a voicemail. You told me that your other contractor left you a voicemail as well and you never got them. I am not really sure what went wrong but being that you had problems with your phone service AB drywall should have been the last person you left terrible reviews for. The reviews help folks who are looking for someone who will do the right thing but they don't validate who we are as a company. What validates us is the work that we perform. If you look at the rest of our reviews you will see that the way we perform and conduct ourselves is top-notch. Sadly enough, we were not able to show it here but we are showing it everywhere. We had damage from leaks in the roof. After getting the roof fixed AB Drywall came in and patched a couple of holes and remudded the entire ceiling. They apply the mud so that no sanding is needed. The ceiling looked great when they finished. We couldn't have been more pleased with the work.
