It went well but just under two years later, some of the siding failed, possibly blown off. I contacted GR restoration and they said they would come out to repair within 2-3 days. After they did not come out 6 days later, I called them and got a recording and they did not call back. I called their rep, Corey a day or two later and he said they would have it fixed that day. This is the next day and no fix. I called their office (5/13/17) and got a recording. They called back and finally came out to fix it.

"We apologize for any inconvenience, due to increase in storms in the area scheduling repair work can become a challenge as we do repairs in the order they were received. The homeowners calls came at a time after a period of rain and thunderstorms, which had crews/ foreman backed up. I put the foreman in direct contact with Homeowner after the first time foreman went to the home he realized the home was gated and and unfortunately was not able fix it exactly when he said, which we do apologize for, at the same time- Cory is a sales manager not a service manager, he did his best to relay information of foreman. I spoke with homeowner as soon as I received message about issue. GR Restoration could always learn from mistakes and work to improve quality of customer service. At the end of the day issues were fixed, and it was just simple miscommunication that I believe could of been resolved and made right outside of getting a less than a perfect review."

Cory explained all the options available, met with the claims adjustor to ensure that things went smoothly with my insurance company. Job was completed in just two days, the work looked great and have had no issues post installation.
