It was great to work with LCA on our fireplace renovation. Luis modernized our builtins by removing outdated trim and painting them. He also framed and drywalled a tv niche that was above our fireplace. It was very well done and now we can securely hang our flat-screen on that wall. The best part of the project was the installation of Saltillo clay tile to replace our old fireplace face tile. He understood our vision, was very responsive and has great pricing! We are happy with the finished look.

Luis and his crew came in when they said they would, set up and were fast, clean and professional. Our older popcorn ceiling was coming down and needed some repairs. There was also a hole in our bathroom ceiling from when we tried to fix it ourselves. Luis and his crew took care of all the repairs and reapplied popcorn ceiling then painted too! We also have 30 days where they will come back and address anything if needed! They listen and will answer all your questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent. They removed all popcorn on the first floor, as well as the stairwell to the basement, and the the stairway going to our second floor and second floor hallway. They removed popcorn, smooth, and painted my ceilings in two days about 1200sq ft. Came back third day to paint baseboards. Second time hiring this company to do work in my house and plan on using them to remove the rest of popcorn ceiling on my second floor. Now that my ceilings are smooth my house looks brand new!!! I’m so pleased. Thank you to Luis and your crew! The first time we hired them to mud and tape drywall my hubs and I hung ourselves in our basement. We are always pleased with their work.

Luis did very nice work. Excellent job on removing heavily texted wall. Now they are like glass! Worked very hard. Would recommend.

The contractor did a great job. He was available via text and was timely the two days he needed to come to our house. He was polite as well. Most importantly, his plaster job looks great. I chose LCA because they were the cheapest. But I didn't feel at all they were the lowest quality. Were happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend!

My husband hung new drywall in 2 bathrooms and the laundry room, but didn’t want to do the mudding and sanding. Luis mudded and sanded the spaces. His work is flawless! He did in 2 days what would’ve taken my husband weeks. We are very pleased with the results!

Luis and his team are very professional , very focused and very polite and transparent! They completed all jobs thoroughly and in a very timely manner. Unsightly "popcorn" style was removed from ceiling, and now the newly primed an painted ceiling looks beautiful! They took the time to properly cover all furniture and appliances as well. The entryway (landing) at front door, was also completed very nicely, and all mold and damage on the garage wall was professionally and thoroughly removed. They drywalled and painted the opposite garage wall which was unfinished, and now my garage is properly insulated. EXCELLENT work! I'm currently discussing other jobs with Luis for the very near future. I am very pleased with the work done!

Luis and his team did a great job. He warned me in advance of how messy the process of popcorn ceiling removal would be so that there were no surprises. He was open to feedback when I pointed out something I wanted fix. He was even okay with a last minute change I made to one of my colors. They did a great job of protecting the furniture and trying to contain dust. I am pleased with the final product and I've already received an estimate from him on painting the exterior of my home.
