I was really happy with their professionalism and recommendations at the beginning of all of this but the execution of the work was the challenge. We had three projects; a whole house sound system, Central Vacuum, and Alarm system. All of which had existed in the house before and were removed by the deadbeat who previous lived there. The Electrolux central vac was replaced without a problem, they came on the day promised and set it up nicely; it works great we love it! The sound system took forever to get them to run the wires and get everything set up. It took multiple trips and seemed to drag on and on. Now that its installed, it works good and we really enjoy having the sound system. After I looked at their work I noticed that they ran the wires across floor joist in the upper level of the house where we intend to install a floor. The wires need to be between the joist so the flooring won't smash the wires. So now I'm going to have to re run the wires myself. We also had them mount the TV on the wall and that was a fiacso. Delays and excuses it took many weeks to get that accomplished. Finally the alarm system, again they took a few weeks to get their guys lined up and get it done. They were in and out of the house for several days and seemed confused about the whole thing. The end of the story is that all the work was done, a few extra expenses but nothing crazy. They did everything they promised, it took much longer than expected, and their expertise wasn't what we were hoping.

If you would call us to report a problem, we would have immediately scheduled someone to take care of it. Last conversation I had with you, you were having a problem with Sonos, which you mentioned you called their technical support and they took care of it. Renee's team were on time! They were courteous and performed their job correctly. They were knowledgable about the equipment and took time to explained how to use the system. They also left the work area clean! We would definitely use them gain and would recommend them to others.

Excellent! Can't say enough about Rene and his team. From the first visit to installation everything went well. They are courteous, professional and keep their promises. Have excellent knowledge and provided appropriate guidance with our installation. Listen to them if they say "go bigger" for the TV size! We initially went with a 50" but after seeing in place, went with their advice and had a 60" installed. They provided great customer service - we will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

My experience with them went well. They're small but they're very good. They know what they're doing. They are experts in what they do or in the way they do it. The original job they did for me was about $17000.

Installed antenna and it worked but I since wanted to install another and they can't remember providing the service and can't help me locate the antenna in my attic.

"Mr [member name removed], We show the installation of your antenna happened over 16 months ago. Back in 2012. We have the installers notes and it does show that the digital HD antenna was installed in your attic as per your request. Unfortunately, it is simply impossible to keep exact locations of everything we install and where it is installed in every home, and after this many months, the recollection of where exactly in the attic the antenna is located would be impossible. We would be happy to stop by your home next time we are in the area at no charge. However, given that you are in Marvin, this doesn't happen very frequently. We will call you next time we are scheduled in that area. If instead you would like to schedule a service call to identify the antenna location, we would be happy to schedule that. Please feel free to call our office to make that appointment. We would be willing to drop the normal hourly service charges and just do the visit for a flat trip charge of $75. It went well initially, We had some problems with buffering of movies and with the universal control. When we communicated our concerns, the company responded within days, sending out professionals to fix the problem. In general, we are very happy with the work that was done.

Installation was done in one day.
Live video cameras worked from day one.
Cell phone/computer access working from day one. Had to tweak after upgrade.
Had to tweak interior lighting scenario. Now working perfectly.
Had to tweak video camera recordings as camera catches cloud movement, shrub movement, insect movement and rain. Does not
catch cars or humans at all times.
I pay $123/quarterly (Can get out of service with 30 days notice):
Standard alarm monitoring service
Cell phone backup service
Alarm remote access to security system
Alarm video monitoring and recording plus remote access to video

It went great. David and Eric were very professional. As we walked around the house, I showed them cabling that had been placed all over the outside of the interior and exterior walls, discovering some coax not connected to anything. They came up with a plan that exceeded my requirements to simplify and hide all of the TV cabling, and to lay cabling for our home network. It took them about six hours to run the cabling from the entry to the house through the walls, crawl space, attic and basement to the different rooms on two stories. They installed outlet boxes for cable TV and network outlets in every room. All network cabling was run back to our home network router. They removed all the old cabling. At the completion of the job we walked around the house and they showed me the connections, explaining how and why they did everything. Everything was very neat and organized. I was very satisfied with the job and I recommend this company.

There was some confusion with the time the service was scheduled for. However, when they arrived they were quick to get to work and thorough. They came out during construction and once again once the structure was complete to finish up. Always a friendly group. We enjoyed working with them and would hire them again.
