We were called an hour prior to the arrival of the truck and guys. They showed up on time and were very friendly. Once finding the where the septic tank was it was about 10 minutes before they had both covers off. Once the covers were off we had more of a problem then any of us realized. Our tank was full...main reason of the call was because we had septic backup in our downstairs bathtub and toilet. Once they had gotten the septic down to see the pipes coming into the tank they discovered a new problem the main pipe from the house was at an upward angle and not at a downward slop to allow proper drainage. They were quick to figure out the problem, give us a new quote to fix it and get working on it. Total time spent on the job was about 4.5 hours. All 3 guys were friendly had a great sense of humor and worked in a timely matter for the issue we had. We were so greatly appreciative for fast service.
