Aldridge Roofing & RestorationSam Aldridge is a very good communicator and professional business person, and he explained to me what was going on and what needed to be done. Turned out all the wood substrate under the old masonite siding had rotted over the years and had to be replaced. If I hadn't had this work done, the framing would have been affected. So glad Sam was negotiating all the twists and turns of this project for me, from delays due to the pandemic's impact on the vinyl siding business to scheduling the delivery of the siding and the arrival of the work crew. The crew was respectful and skilled. (I'll not put the price in below due to Covid's effect on the industry and costs, but I believe I got a fair price.) I'll upload a pic below. However, please note I did not have the gutters and windows replaced. I repainted the old shutters and the gable vent myself, and the crew rehung them for me. This spring I will paint the porch.
