"Easy and prompt to contact and schedule. They were straightforward, prompt, and professional. They also scheduled quickly and advised me when truck was on its way to my house. They were respectful of me and my property and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them! "Tri-City Septic came out on a Tuesday to give me a quote, and the Septic system was installed by Thursday. Most others were 5 weeks out. Their quote came in several thousand dollars less than the others. They were professional and even did a few small repairs that were needed. They worked hard all day to get the job done. I would use them again."

"After eight years in a new home and minimal use, I thought it was a good idea to check in on a septic tank clean out. It was timely as initial install left room for improvement! In addition, using non-biodegradable toilet paper compromised function. Repairs were needed and were completed on the spot!
