"We Got Troy name and called him ,He came out to see the roof at are convene He walked the roof with us.After calling my insurance we made a appointment and Troy came out to talk with the agent, After they left it only took Troy 1 week to get the singles to start. I got a few different companies to check out my roof and provide bids and even before they came back with their actual numbers I was leaning toward Quantum because they were easy to communicate with and had great answers to all of my questions. I fully expected Quantum to have the highest bid as a result, but they actually came in just below the others! The roofing team knocked out my mid-sized roof (asphalt shingle install) in a single day, which was amazing. They were there from about 8 am to 9 pm and did a great job cleaning up the area. Multiple additional staff checked on the roofing team's progress and clean up work throughout the day and followed up with me several times to make sure I was happy with the work. "Rhino Roofing did an excellent job with my roof. I was having them out to help me with a separate project and Junior found some hail damage on my roof. I filed a claim and Junior was there to assist the whole time. There was some question about getting my old skylights paid for, but Junior really went to bat for me with the insurance company to make sure I didnâ t have to pay.
