Called Eric in an emergency situation on a weekend. Out of several technicians I talked to Eric was the only one that made the time. Not only did he help but he got there as quickly as possible keeping in touch when he was on the way and getting close. He made sure that everything was completed efficiently and thoroughly and stuck to the quote he gave me on the phone even though getting access to the tank was trickier than he expected being an older tank. Have his card and won?t call anyone else.

Hometown septic solutions is an excellent company to work with. Eric was wonderful. He found my septic tank with ease without having to dig up the entire yard.. He did a great job cleaning it out, and gave me great advice for FUTURE use. He installed a new entry top that will be easy to locate next time. Everything was done within just a short time.
