"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"I initially had my garage door serviced by Overhead Door, but I wasn’t satisfied with the service. So, I called Precision Garage Door Service. They were running a promotion price to service the garage door, so I gave them a try. Joe showed up to service my door promptly at the time he said I could expect him. He did a great job, and he answered any questions I had. I asked him about replacing the rubber seal around my door. He quoted a price and came out the following week to do the work. He said that I didn’t have to be at the house when he did the job, and he would email my invoice. After he finished the job, I could see him on my cameras as he backed his truck down my driveway. Unfortunately, his truck ran over my grass. I’m not sure what it is with my driveway, but this is not the first time this has happened. It was also raining, I’m not sure if that was a contributing factor. In a word Joe showed real integrity. He initially tried to put the grass back together but when that didn’t work, he informed me of what happened. He apologized multiple times and said he would make things right. He told me to get an estimate to fix the grass and he would pay for it. Before I could even get the estimate, the manager Mike West called me and apologized for what happened. He stressed that they wanted to make things right and reiterated that they would pay for the replacement of the grass. I got the estimate and had the work done, but before they paid the landscaper, they made sure that I was completely satisfied. This was amazing customer service. Accidents happen but not everyone takes responsibility when they do. They really wanted to make things right and that’s exactly what they did. They did excellent work on my garage door, answered every question I had (which made me an informed consumer), but most importantly they treated me with respect and did everything possible to make me a satisfied customer. It goes without saying that I will definitely use Precision Garage Door Service again. I have already recommended them to friends and family."

They corrected the problem that was the nature of the service call and addressed some other issues that were identified by my main thermostat. "The owner of the HVAC company that we had used for 40 years retired earlier this year and highly recommended Westberry Heating and Air if we had any problems. Our 30 year old upstairs unit stopped working so we called Westberry who very quickly sent out a service technician (James) who checked the unit and informed us what needed to be done but that because of the age of the unit it was advisable to replace it. We had already had other repair work done on it so this was not unreasonable advice. We were given a quote and agreed to its terms. Just like clock work the team showed up at the appointed time and went to work. They removed the old unit and replaced it with a much more efficient one. The inside unit was located in the attic which provided little room to work. It is more like a crawl space (no room to stand) and it was a very hot day but they persevered and finished the job that afternoon. Sometimes the best laid plans go awry and there was an issue with the newly installed unit. Again James came to analyze the issue and advised that it would be rectified the next day. There was no interruption in the unit operating and continuing to cool. Again, like clockwork the owner, David Westberry, arrived the next morning and he and a team member completed the required fix, and checked the entire unit to assure that there were no other issues. The measure of a man and his company is more often proved when everything does not go exactly right and our entire experience illustrates that David and his employees possess a very high degree of truthfulness and integrity. We would not hesitate to use them again!"

"Paid more than 20k for a brand new system that included a 2 year maintanence warranty from Feb 2023. In April my unit broke and had no a/c in 2023, and they continued to blow my repair requests off until june. Also, for some reason they claim the maintenance warranty is expired as of Feb 2024. Simple math would detirmine that the warranty expires in 2025, but with our repeated emails, they continue to say it is expired. And now there is another issue and it is only the 2nd year having their unit in the house. I would not recommend them to anyone."
