"Many years on a regular maintenance plan. Many years we may have been better served with a little more due diligence. I'm not sure where to start...we found someone better at the job who charged less, offered greater transparency, and didn't leave us hanging in silence past an agreed due date to the point we'll now be without A/C all summer awaiting a new unit to be built. Professional up to a point, and at least 25% higher than competitor prices for same work and parts. Be prepared to be underwhelmed and treated like a dummy who doesn't deserve to know what's going on."
