Be aware!!!. They changed $400+ to just REPROGRAM /recet (not installed) termostat.. .did not complete the job. I try to call several times ..newer combe back to finish to connect termostat to humidifier

I have been using Elmar H&C @ both my residence and at the the family business I help run, for a few years now. They are nothing but excellent. Always responsive to our needs on an expedited basis. Most recently, I broke my thermostat while moving a heavy wood door. Some how in the process it shorted a line. They were out within 6 hrs of the service call request on a Friday. The tech (Caleb) was excellent, efficient, and even considerate of not tracking mud into the house (my house always gets muddy out front). I cannot recommend them enough....Thanks Elmar!!!

We had a few hang ups with the old electric box and getting fuses. They made a mistake and we didn't realize until the next day. They came out immediately on Sunday to temporally fix it until the fuses could come in. There were problems and it looked like it was going to go bad. Will came out and could solve all the issues. It can be very stressful. Will had the ability to make me feel confident he could solve the issues. Will not only fixed the current problems but he also fix the mistakes from another HVAC company. Will has the rare gift to diffuse stress!

I was in a bind. My HVAC died. I got a few estimates that were really high. I finally Called Elmar Heating & Cooling for a service call (even though it was clear my 14 year old system would need to be replaced). It was Friday afternoon and they had Brian Sorber here the next morningâ ¦it was Saturday. Brian went out of his way to get me a price that was affordable on a new system from a leading company. The installers were nice, considerate, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company.

Ductless A/C Service
Elmar services beat out competitors quotes by easily 40%, they also impressed me during the estimate process by providing multiple estimate options for my large (7 head) ductless mini split system. During the install there was a hiccup that one of the proposed units had not been properly planned out. Elmar solved the problem same day and even reduced my total cost slightly doing it. Their install technician was always prompt, helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. Despite some supply issues they were able to locate equipment out of state and get my installation scheduled within a week of accepting their estimate.
