They installed our furnace and air conditioner about 15 years ago. They come prior to the heating and cooling seasons every year.

We were given a free written estimate. Removal of old units and installation of new units went smoothly and just as we were told. Price was lower than another estimate we received from another company. After installation, we were mailed all the warranty paperwork just as told. The new heat pumps are working beautifully, and are very quiet.
Prior to having these units replaced, we used Palmer-Dickerson to service our York heat pump units for approximately 18 years, as well as a couple of other companies, and compared to the other companies, we always felt like Palmer-Dickerson employees were honest and only advised us of repairs and maintenance that really needed to be done to the units.
