More than excellent, Jeremy cleaned everything and got it back to working order. Jermey was exceedingly professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Best experience we have ever had. Same day service! Highly recommend!

Moe was great. Not only did he show up for an emergency ceiling leak on a Friday, he stayed until he knew the issue was taken care of-many other companies would have left me high and dry esp on a Friday at 6pm! He came back on Tuesday to complete the fix. I am a very satisfied customer, but then again, I've used EAC for both my business and residential needs for years. Great company. Also Michelle in the office was AWESOME! She is very organized and made me feel like she was really vested in keeping my business. Thanks!!

Outstanding service, but what I have come to expect from EAC. I have an HVAC maintenance contract with them and have always been pleased with that, but this time i used them to replace my two aged systems. Dan was patient and responsive in helping me decide which units i needed to buy. Gustavo and Miguel performed the install of the two units efficiently and with consideration for my home while transporting the equipment in and out of my house. They were polite and they cleaned up during and after the install. I highly recommend EAC.

At the end of December 2008, our air conditioner/heat pump died. I received estimates from thee companies for the removal of the existing equipment, installation\ setup of the new system, new lines\ sealing them, and a new thermostat. E.A.C. Heating and Air had the most competitive price. They also included maintenance on the ac unit. The E.A.C technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and the installation went quickly. We could not be happier. Every time we have had a technician back for semi-annual maintenance, they have been professional and courteous. I highly recommend E.A.C Heating and Air.

We discovered that the old ducts were in bad shape and decided to replace. Decided to move the air handler to the attic and most of the ducts to ceiling and wall which was much more efficient and less expensive. Got comparable estimates from 3 companies and EAC was the lowest. I was happy because we have used them for several years for service and I have been pleased with that. Everything turned out very well. A few minor adjustments need to be made and an additional vent added and some restrictors placed in some of the ducts to balance the airflow and some additional insulation placed on a duct below the unit. Everything was taken care of and they left everything as clean as it was when they arrived.

Outstanding experience. Dan and Chris came out to do a load calc., and Dan and Carrier worked with me to obtain a great unit, which runs great and is extremely quiet. Install team of Dan, Josh and Jonah did an outstanding job. EAC team is knowledgeable, friendly, truly customer focused. Couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend them.

Terrible. Have spent close to $5k since buying the house in July of 2011 with 3 different contractors reinstalling both outside & inside components.

"This customer admitted to both our technician and our owner that he had hired a home remodeling contractor that cut the condensate drain lines between the subfloors of his house. The water leak occurred at this very location before he had informed us of the problem. As a little background information, the original installation was done for the previous homeowner back in 2010, where there was not a single water problem for over 4 years (until this incident). He was told to contact the people responsible for actually cutting his drain line, but he said this other company had failed to respond back. We truly empathize with his circumstances but it was not our company's fault and hence, we could not be held responsible for what the others had done."

I'm not quite sure how others rate services. I will highlight what is important to me. For starters we're talking Sunday over Labor Day weekend. I was more than thrilled that service was available.
1] Phone inquiry was handled by a real person, promptly
2] Technician was to call back within an hour, the call came in about 30 minutes.
3] He arrived within the time frame he specified, 1 hour.
4] Glenn Butler, the technician, quickly diagnosed the problem, told me what the solution was, and told me how much it would cost.
Ever talk to "a professional" who didn't know his stuff? Tried to fake his way thru? Well, Glenn is the real deal. Not only did he know what he was talking about, he was able to answer other questions on HVAC I had, intelligently and professionally. He provided a tempory fix which was much appreciated. Glenn is the kind of person you expect to show up when you have a problem, unfortunately that's only true in about 50% of the cases, in my experience.
5] A 2nd call was warranted, the part we needed wasn't readily available. That situation was handled just as professionally.
6] An annual contract is available for less than $200. A steal from where I'm coming from
EAC is what I call a 5 star company for the reasons I listed above.

I've had a maintenance agreement with EAC for the past few years and have been very pleased with the service. They have always been very prompt and very courteous. I recently had them replace the a/c and air handler in my condo. The old unit was too big to fit through the a/c closet door so they were very creative and were able to quickly dismantle the the old unit and remove it without creating any damage to the door frame. The employees that performed the installation were very pleasant throughout the entire process.
