These guys are amazing. I called to tell them about my unit, they said they could be at my place in an hour and knocked on my door less than a half hour after I hung up. The man was very curteous and proffesional and worked very quick to get cold air back in the house. He answered every question I had for him and gave me alot of great advice. I would strongly recommend this company and plan to use them for now on.

Jaime at Ace Pro came out and gave a quote for a new AC package unit as well as repairing/replacing some duct work. The quote was compare able to 3 others obtained but was lower than 2 of the 3 quotes. Jaime came up with the best scenario for replacing an existing unit that was too small. Jose and Jaime worked together to come up with a plan for optimal cooling for my home. The installation went as expected, when expected. They are prompt and the service after installation had been excellent! Jamie continued to follow up and visit to check that the unit was operating properly. They are always available to answer questions and return emails or call promptly. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are a small company so they know your name and want to offer the best service to keep their positive reputation. I will continue to use Ace Pro and would recommend them for repair, replace or any other service.

Very happy with the service we received. ACE Pro was very professional on the phone and in person. They kept their word on when they would be at our house and how much the service would cost. We will definitely call ACE Pro again the next time we have a heating or cooling need.

Work was done as expected, called ahead and came on time. Servicemen were efficient, got the work done
properly and explained everything that was done. There was no mess when
they were done and the work was done in the time frame I was given prior
to installation. Updates were made to the system that werent in place
before. I was so pleased with the entire service.

Jaime was the serviceman, not only did he do a great job at cleaning system, but he explained to me everything he was doing and needed to be done. When problems were encountered he let me know the options and was patient with my lack of knowledge on AC units :)
Additionally he is the nicest guy I have met since moving here.
I did encounter a few scheduling issues but they were addressed immediately and resolved. I have signed on for yearly service and will have Ace Pro install a new unit as the existing unit is past its life expectancy.

Ace Pro was timely in their response and even showeed up at 6:30am prior to our business hours to get our system up and running properly. Angel and Jamie know what they are doing. They have diagnosed the problems with our systems and have designed solutions that have corrected the air distribution issues. They are very professional in their approach to service and do everything they can to make their customers happy. They use state of the art tools and get the job done right the first time. I would highly reccommend themfor aqny AC/Heating needs.

Ace arrived at my home minutes before I did; this was great so that I didn't have to wait. The service rep. came in and I told him the problem. He went up into the attic, then he checked the AC unit outside, and after a few minutes,he was able to identify and problem and provded a solution. He did asked me pertenient questions like - (a) how long we lived in our current home; and if we ever had the units serviced.
After he explained to me how he can fix the problem, the next thing he did was explained to me what the process was that he was going to perform - which I agreed to. I got the bill and wrote the check. He even suggested a yearly maintenance plan which I didn't sign up for at the time, but I will.
As of today, 8/11/2013, we have not have any drainage backup in the emergency pan and the unit is performing great. Ace Heating and Air did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

After having routine maintenance done and signing a maintenance agreement for $120 (lowest price in the Savannah area) with Ace Pro on Friday, we began experiencing a problem with the fan not working on the system on Monday. I called and a serviceman was sent out immediately after normal business hours. He found that the fan motor needed replacing. He tracked down the part first thing in the morning and was at our house by 9:00 am to make the repair. All of this was done at no cost to us as a gesture of goodwill since we had just had the unit serviced 3 days earlier. Most companies would have charged us at least for the part, if not for labor also. I chose this company because of the reviews I read on Angie's List and they were dead on. This small business is all about customer service.

He called my husband to the back yard and pointed out that the unit we had had never been a heat pump, nor was it a new unit when it was installed as a new unit five years previously. He showed my husband where it had been rigged and welded with a hose that was smaller than the one that should have been there.
The first people that had come out had quoted me a price of $1169.00 and his words to me were, "I am not sure if that is all you will need, I will not know until I get into the unit". We paid $ 89.00 for his estimate and thanked him. Jose clearly pointed out and we could see that the unit was rigged. I feel the first estimate would have found more than the original cost and charged a whole lot more.
Jose quickly got the unit up and running so that we would not be without air for the weekend. He took the serial number back to his shop to run it and find out if we had a warranty left on the unit. That is when he found out it was never a heat pump and that it was not new when we got it. He then came back on Tuesday and told us what he was going to do. He gave us 4 options and let us think about it. We chose option number 3, just short of a new unit, replacing all the major parts. Not to mention rerouting and fixing the hoses. He waited a week or so after fixing it and came back to check. He had to replace one more part and it is running beautifully. I still discussed getting a new unit and he said that this one will work fine and he did not want us to have a huge expense for a new one while he can keep this one running. He will come back at the end of summer and check it again.
I like that he was upfront and honest and did not immediatly jump to telling us that we needed a new unit. We are on a fixed income and while we could have paid for a new unit, it would have been a hardship.
I would certainly recommend him to anyone I know, he is an honest man and runs and upfront business. He cares for his customers and their needs and just does not recommend a new unit to make money. If i had needed a new unit, he would have told me so. He was willing to work with us, no pressure.

It took them about a week to do the job. I already knew what was wrong and they gave me a pretty good deal. I can't say anything bad about them. They were totally honest. I told them what I thought was wrong and they tried to fix that. When it didn't work, they didn't charge me for it. They had to come out a few times because what I thought was wrong was actually incorrect. He made 3 or 4 trips out here. They didn't charge me anything until they got it right. They were an awesome company. I work 12 hour shifts and I work an hour away. I told them I wouldn't be here until 7:30 at night and he said that wasn't a problem and he would be here when I got off.

Our heat pump has given us nothing but problems in the last 4 years. We've used other AC service providers and all them have charged me an arm and a leg to my system running again. These other companies insisted that the only true fix for me was a new unit. Our AC went out again (and I just had it serviced in Nov. by another company) and with summer coming, I knew I had to have it looked at. I went on Angie's List hoping to find a company that had a reputation for being HONEST! I found Ace Pro and couldn't be happier that I did. Not only did Jose call and ask if it was ok to come an hour and a half earlier (having a tech come earlier in Savannah is practically unheard of!) but his technician was friendly, on time, and got right to work. Not only did he NOT insist I needed a new system (my house is 7 years old and while my system is not the greatest, I am not paying $8000 unless I have to), he got my AC up and running in less than an hour. I can not tell you how much a of relief it is to deal with HONEST people who are not out to nickel and dime you. I am very happy with Ace Pro and if ever I need any more work done, I know I can trust them to do it right!

They have outstanding customer service. It was terrific. I would definitely tell family and friends to use him or consider him. The price was very competitive and very reasonable. He was there when he said he would be. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
