One word - perfect. My system was 22 years old and Branden from Canady’s came out and gave me an estimate to replace the HVAC and all ducting which was breaking down. He did a very thorough review of the house and advised what needed to be done. He is extremely knowledgeable. Branden even informed me what I could do if I just wanted to have the old system limp along until I was ready to replace. There was no pressure. I elected to install a 3 ton system and all ducting with a couple of new vents cut for rooms that were warm in the Summer. The team arrived on time four days later and did the job in one day which amazed me. It doesn’t matter how much you spend on a system if its not installed properly you’ve wasted your money. Anyway the four guys performed an expert installation. They walked me through the entire process making sure I was satisfied. They were also very polite, cleaned up after themselves and paid great attention to detail. Cannot recommend Canady’s highly enough.

Knowledgeable, professional. 2-story house built in 1948--the existing HVAC system was hodge-podged together with the air handler under the house, on its back, and ductwork was run up through closets. Even though regular maintenance was performed, the old, inefficient system was literally pushing dirt and grime through the house and some piece/part replacement was required each season. Canady's devised a new, more efficient layout, locating the handler in the attic to push cold air down. The job took 2 days because of the old duct work rip out, and rerouting electricity through very narrow eaves. But, the crew was clean (put drop cloths down both upstairs and down), considerate with my walls and hardwood floors, and kept me informed on each stage the whole time. The system works perfectly, and I've regained some closet space...absolutely recommend this company.

They were excellent. They came out and gave me an estimate on repairing my air conditioner. And because it was an old air conditioner, we didn't want to spend that amount of money. We got a new unit and they deducted the amount of the first service call. Would absolutely use them again. They were very professional and I highly recommend them.

What stands out to me about them is everything. Fred Canady, I think really goes out of his way to put forth a professional image with his guys. They show up in clean trucks, wearing clean uniforms and having all the tools that they need to have, and all the spare parts that they need to have in order to get the job done the first time that they show up. Which is kind of a pleasant experience.

If you have ever dealt with an air conditioning company or any kind of a company that seems to be kind of a fly by night in the way that they do business. Canady?s is absolutely not that way. They obviously have been in business for a long time and they are in for the long haul. They take what they do seriously and their guys take what they do seriously, not just at the management level. All in all, I think it is a very well run, very competent company.

If you’ve got a problem and you need to get the thing fixed, you call them, they come, they fix it. They don’t make you wait, they fix it. Their prices are reasonable, they know what they are doing, they know what they are talking about. Their people are very professional, they’re well trained. I have no complaints about that company. I recommend them when I have friends that have issues that would like to get their issues resolved.

I wasn’t in town, I wasn’t here, my wife was here. What stands up to me is their technical competence is certainly high. One of the main things as a homeowner is that if I have any kind of an issue, I have never had to wait for them to come out. They are very prompt and when they come out they take care of whatever the problem happens to be in a timely manner. There is nothing worse than sitting in Georgia with no air conditioning. They don’t make you sit, they show up and they fix it, if there is a problem.

Very well, Tech found problem in a short time, needed new compressor and several other things needed to be replaced. He cleaned the outside unit and the filter which I really appreciated. He also replaced the aircleaning system and I was a bit shocked having to pay a total of $1700.-. for everything. Everything is working fine and I am sure it was worth the money.
