Noah suggested replacing the entire bottom, railings & stairs with cedar as to its beauty & durability. The finished deck is absolutely beautiful. Noah hand picked each plank he used. I had serious hail damage to my roof and Single Source came in, did the estimate, contacted my insurance company and within a few weeks, I have a fabulous looking new roof upgraded roof! Justin at Single Source is extremely knowledgable on building codes and because of that, he was able to show the codes to the insurance company to get the upgrades covered. Their roofing team worked from the moment they arrived with one short lunch break working almost 12 hours. They completed the entire job in one day and my roof is 2,000 square feet, so it's a sizable roof. The team was very careful to protect my gardens, they moved plants, lawn furniture and put everything back they in place before they left. The clean up was impeccable! Not a scrap of shingle, paper, trash or nails left to be seen! I would highly recommend Single Source for all your repair needs caused by damage."

"i have been acting as an agent/advocate for my mom who is 87. she had a roof installed which has had numerous leaks. 2 in garage (now taken care of) where solar lines go through to roof panels.; 1 from improperly sealed window (also ok now) leaking into 3 season porch, causing water damage; 1 around improperly flashed chimney (paid another company $1800 to repair), and now, another one where roof meets vertical end wall of house (leaking into 2nd floor ceiling and down wall into kitchen). Have been calling company for OVER A MONTH and still have not gotten any help from them. They DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS!!! Customer service (Ashley and Ryan) have both "left messages for Jesse" as well as "reaching out to him personally". I now have left messages on his cell, and WILL BE FILING COMPLAINT WITH BBB, Office of Elderly Affairs, AG, and State Board of Licensing!! ****STAY AWAY*** ***READ REVIEWS*** (here AND on other sites!!)"
