Thomas and his team were super easy to work with. They were able to start our large job almost immediately. When they came to quote the work they discovered a ton of mold we had no idea about. They talked us through the options and made everything really simple. They were thorough with the mold removal and remediation. Thomas talked us through the rebate program for the insulation and answered questions before during and after the job was complete. Our house is in much better condition since having the work completed. Highly recommend.

While working on replacing my living room ceiling, workers were assigned to other projects. This caused long delays of the work on my livingroom. It took over 3 weeks to replace a 7 ft x 12 ft ceiling. On several occasions I was told the day and time workers would continue only to have them not show up. It was then I found out they were working on other jobs.

Extremely responsive. Showed up the day after we talked to evaluate the job. Had a cancellation and did the entire job in 2 days the following week. I specifically wanted a company that would airseal around all recessed lights, wire penetrations etc - most companies don't want to do this because its more work. His team of installers were willing to talk me through things, cleaned up after themselves...nice guys. Took pictures throughout the entire job, and left me with everything I needed to request the rebate from energizect, which I did that night. Very easy! Highly professional team and prices were very competitive too.

I met with Thomas one of the owners. He came to my home and presented to me how the job gets done and showed me on how the cost works with the Energize Ct Rebate. I have to say it was a know brainer with rebate how much I will save per year with my electric heat! We set up a time for the job to be done, he made it very convenient with my hours for his guys to come. Stan & Kevin the installers were very respectful with my home and myself. They did an awesome job, my home is quieter and my walls are warm to the touch. I don't even hear the German Shepard barking next door anymore "YAY" Tom came out to help me feel out the Energize Ct. rebate form and made sure I had everything I needed to mail out. I'm now just waiting for the rebate it's only been few days. Tom said it usually takes 4 to 8 weeks for rebate. I'm so glad I went with JT Services, they haven't been around that long, but they know what they are doing and they offer great prices. Great Team Work Tom,Stan and Kevin !!!!

Thomas and his employees were absolutely fantastic! They installed insulation in our attic and all exterior walls and made sure everything was clean and sealed after completion. WOW!! What a difference in having this done. It cut down on running the heat and the road noise. Loving it!! Thank you guys for everything!! Great people!

We hired Thomas and his crew to o stall insulation on our attic and all exterior walls. Thomas was very informative on how the process goes and helped us with all the paperwork for the CTenergize rebate program. On the day of the project, the crew showed up on schedule and were very respectful of our home and dog when entering/exiting. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and showed us every step of the process. If you are looking to insulate your home, I would HIGHLY recommend JT Home Services. You wonâ t regret it.

On time and quality work

They never completed rebate information so had to pay the whole price. The company stopped talking to me after work was complete and they got their money. All I needed was for them to fill out rebate application and they failed to do so after trying to contact them serval times. Very pissed to not get the rebate that was promised!

They were professional and helpul

We hired this company in April 2022 to replace our attic insulation. They were excellent! They were able to meet our difficult time line and were very professional. The job was very well done. However, I have spent the last several months emailing, calling, and texting to try to get an invoice saying we paid for the job (which we did). I have no response for MONTHS. I do not understand it at all. If you read this, please send me our invoice.

JT Home Services were excellent. Thomas came out to meet us soon after our initial inquiry, was very professional and polite and gave us a competitive quote for blown-in insulation for our whole house. The house was built in 1935 and had a lot of drafty spots. The work was completed within the next week. We were impressed with the excellent communication between Thomas and his team. Any concerns or questions we had were responded to right away. The workers were respectful of the property. And they did a great job! This was done in March 2022 and I waited to post a review until after the summer and then the start of cold weather. I am impressed with the obvious improvement. No more drafts. I highly recommend JT Home Services.

We hired them to install blown in insulation in the attic and all exterior walls. JT home service quote was very reasonable, the team was very polite, dependable, respectful and knowledgeable. When doing the back yard they were considerate in keeping the gate closed so our dog didnâ t get out. Our only regret was not doing this last winter. If you need insulationâ ¦I would highly recommend JT Home Services.

Thomas gave me a great deal for a small job. Some companies wouldnâ t have even taken this type of job and if they would, it would have been outrageously priced, not with JT home services. Workers showed up early and finished in a timely manner. They were courteous, enjoyed conversation and represented the company well. JT Home Services, Thomas, answers questions, returns phone calls and shares information that I did not even know I needed to know. Eversource said I must consult 3 companies. The first was not available to see the job till November, a 6 weeks wait. I called again in Oct and told them I was ready to decide, but they could not come sooner. Two weeks after the job was completed they are still sending me emails. The second company sent a wonderful man, but he left me with more questions than answers. He was less expensive, but wanted to make changes to the house that I did not want to make. JT Home Services gave me a price without a visit, gave me answers to all the issues about overhang, recessed lighting, alternate entrance, heat pump access for servicing, an attic full of baby stuff and toys... Thomas SOLVED problems instead of expecting me to solve them. Because I can not climb the ladder to see the insulation, the workers took photos and showed me what it looked like up there. They were kind, polite and understanding. If you are on your own and have no one to ask for advice, JT Home Services takes good care of you!

They were in and out in a few hours. They were very clear and informative every step of the way. We were walked through the rebate process. I would recommend them for insulation and any other project.

Owner, Thomas, had his crew at our house the same day we signed his contract. Workers were neat, polite, and professional. After job was completed I noticed several lights in room which was worked on did not work. Thomas and I agreed problems caused by insulation job. He and an electrician came out on a Sunday, found and corrected the electrical problems. He is a contractor who stands behind his work, and is a man who delivers on his promises.

Thomas and their workers were excellent. Fast and they fit us in their tight schedule just before the holiday. All of them were very polite and courteous. I highly recommend them for drywall and insulation. Our project was rebuilding after a water incident and mold remediation. After working with them I recommend them for any Home Service they would provide.
