Just so you know, with 34 years of military service, and I am still in, I have a high level of expectation without excuses and I don't give recommendations too often!! But this is worth the time!
I live out of town and not being there to oversee the project and actualy speak with Brian in person was a challenge for me because as with so many contractors they say one thing and then never show, etc.  Brian not only showed up, he provided me the estimates I needed and then went back  photo's for my insurance company.  After Brian provided the first estimate the insurance company wanted another estimate due to the type of shingle on the roof, as they are required to replace the current material with as close as possible to the original type materials.   Brian, provided a second estimate with the original type material.    The second material was not as good as the first and still put the the better GAF roofing shingle on the house due to it's superior quality and warranty    (50year warranty!- ok I'll be dead by then, but heck the next owner will be in good shape!) 
-Brian Rudd is a true professional and so is his team.  Honestly, don't even bother going to anyone else, because  you won't find better service and price!  Brian, Kim, Ron, thank you all for the service you provided!!

"I know a lot of people hate them, but they've always been, pretty much with anything that has gone wrong, they've been really responsive. We used another one previous to them, I can't remember their name, I wish I could because I really would want give them an "F". American Home Shield has been good. The last time we had something done, it was just over what our deductible was, which, I want to say, is like $100. They pretty much covered everything else, which was a few hundred dollars."

"I am happy with the final result.  The roof looks great and I am confident the leaks are fixed and that the new roof will last for many years.  These guys had a tough day as it was raining off and on.  They had to stop once but they brought tarps and covered the exposed roof.
There was a problem.  I had paid extra to have some roof boards replaced along the back edge of the house.  The foreman knew this the worker did not.  I had to interrupt the work to get the boards replaced. 
I had paid extra to get the ice and water shield run up under the dormer siding.  The workers initially did not want to remove the vinyl 
siding and I had to call Ron the owner to get things straightened out. 

The job was almost finished.  The roofer had just nailed the last shingle down.  The last shingle is the only one that has exposed nails,  all the other nails are covered by the next shingle.  He went and got some caulking compound and applied it to the exposed nail heads.  I give the guy extra points for this.
Extra points: Ron brought in extra people to get the job finished in one day.
Extra points: The guys spent time getting dirt and hand prints off of the vinyl siding they replaced. 
Points deducted: Ron and the foreman knew what needed to be done.  The workers did not.  If I was not watching they would have skipped the decking replacement and the dormer work.  Submi t Report"
