[Member Name Removed], We spoke on the phone once our tech left your home, I understand your frustration, as we feel bad you had to take the day off from work and we were not able to complete the work agreed on. As I mentioned to you all of our techs were out for the day on other projects and could be sent to your home. I did offer to send a different tech to your home on another day and you declined. As for the $100.00 he was informing you that sometimes we charge a fee if we arrive and the job is not as described, he told you he would have to call the office to check. I would have told him not to worry about it, all work orders are reviewed in the office every morning, he did not thing it was new construction and that is why he brought the old work recessed lights. As you mentioned there were words exchanged, all from you including explicate language. This tech has been with NLE for over ten years and we have never had a problem like this, he is not perfect as none of us are but he gives 110% when he walks out the door and cares about the work he performs and making sure the customer is happy. I'm sorry you didn't have a great experience. But I'm certain the Panasonic exhaust fan that we provided and installed, by a license electrician, is working just as promised. non-electrical jobs, like duct work can always be done at a fraction of the price by a handyman or tasker.Service Provider Response
